The location of Pinetum Gardens Retreats is fantastic, with multiple supermarkets nearby. The well-equipped caravan provided a comfortable and homely stay. We loved the closed tent/hangout area attached to the caravan, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors, even in rainy weather. Plus, the retreat is dog-friendly, which was a big bonus for us.

Felt immediately at home, nothing to complain about.

The space in the caravan was great, with all the necessary amenities such as toaster, kettle, iron, and pots and pans. The location was perfect, close to shops and a popular attraction, making it convenient for exploring. having a parking space right outside the caravan with hedges for privacy was a nice touch.

Being a caravan, it was quite noisy, especially when it rained, making it difficult to sleep. The thin mattress also contributed to discomfort.

We had great value for our money at Pinetum Gardens Retreats. The caravan we stayed in was pristine and comfortable, with beds that were so amazing we searched online to buy the pillows for our home. The location was perfect, tucked away in a secluded area but still within easy walking distance to town and a short drive to beautiful beaches. The owner was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips on local attractions and beaches.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if it was included in our stay. Despite that, the staff at the retreat were very pleasant and helpful.

The caravan we stayed in was high spec, immaculate, and really comfortable. The beds were great, and we even searched for the pillows online to buy some for our home. The owner was very nice and provided lots of great information about the area and local beaches. The location was beautiful and secluded on the estate. We especially enjoyed the outdoor tent area attached to the caravan, which provided a lovely space to hang out even in the rain. The caravans were well-equipped with everything we needed, including a toaster, kettle, iron, pots and pans, etc. There was also a parking space outside the van and hedges on either side for privacy. The onsite garden was a nice addition and there were supermarkets nearby. It was also dog-friendly, which was perfect for us.

Felt very comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location, quiet and close to St Austell. Easy access to Carlyon Bay for walks. Cabin had all necessary amenities and the shower was amazing. The owner was pleasant and helpful.

Caravans were placed too close together, making it noisy and lacking privacy. Lack of insulation made it difficult to sleep during rainy days.
